This is a nomination process only.

All boxers must be registered with Boxing Qld via an affiliated club.

All boxers must have current serology reports uploaded onto your BQ membership profile and a current medical completed prior to the nomination closing date.

• If you do not have a blue book you can download the medical form off the BQ Web site and complete your medical before your book arrives.
• Your serology is seperate from your medical and can be obtained at any stage, you must have a clearance for HEP B&C and HIV - this report must be downloaded onto your BQ profile, no exceptions. If it is not on your profile at the close of nominations your nomination will not be accepted. The report must be in PDF format and 1 file, the system can only accept 1 file, multiple pictures will not work.

The criteria to compete at the national selection event is;

Elite women min of 7 bouts, recorded in your official blue book - Sparring & Exhibition bouts do not count

• If You have not been a member of BQ previously and are registering for the first time but have participated in non sanctioned Boxing events, you must have an official record of those bouts that can be presented to a BQ official on request. Exhibitions & sparring does not count. Your nomination  will also go to a selection panel to determine whether or not you will be competitive at National level.

In addition, you must not have competed in any non sanctioned events 30 days prior to the nomination closing date, if you do, your nomination will be rejected and your registration suspended.

If you are selected, you must not compete in any other events other than those sanctioned by Boxing Qld or Boxing Australia. If you do, your registration will be suspended and your selection withdrawn.

State coaches will be selected to travel with the team, home coaches can attend at their own expense.
