Boxing Qld are now taking EOI's for a USER PAY Youth and Elite Women’s development camp for women coaches, RJs and boxers to be held at the AIS from the (fly in) 8th Feb to 11th Feb (depart).

This development camp will cost - $450.00 (which includes all meals, airport transfer, accommodation, AIS training and high performance services) per athlete/coach/RJ. Participants to organise their own flights.

We will be selecting:-

4 Youth / Elite Women, 1 Women coach and 1 Women RJ.

This user -pay program which is state driven was very successful in 2023 and we had a lot of success in moving athletes / boxers through the pathway to the Futures program and winning National titles / National events.

The development camps focus on technical / tactical knowledge, AIS specialist programming knowledge, AIS sport science knowledge, and specialised coach development alongside Janie Pittman and AIS staff.

EOI must be received by the 21st Jan.

Boxers must be registered with BQ (registration opens 1st Feb), current medical and serology as per the standard registration requirements before attending.

Coaches must be registered (registration opens 1st Feb) with BQ through an affiliated club, current L1 or 2, current blue card linked to BQ.

RJ must be registered with BQ (registration opens 1st Feb), have a current blue card linked to BQ, min Level 1 RJ. Your attendance will be approved/signed off by the BQ RJ coordinator.
