MUST BE A MEMBER OF BOXING QLD, THROUGH AN AFFILIATED CLUB.

Active Coaches who are due for renewal can do so onlinel, this is available by visiting the Boxing Australia website and doing the Bronze Level Transition which can be found here. This must be done before your card expires, or within 3 months of it expiring, otherwise you will need to complete the practical course again.


  • Introducing the all New Junior Coach program.

    • Open to members between the ages of 15 - 17yrs

    • Fully funded program.


Pre-requisites:

  • Bronze Level Coaches Manual:- All participants must download and read the manual before attending the course. There will be a written assesment based on this manual that may not be covered in the course
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current Blue Card / Working with Children/or Vulnerable People Card (or equivalent pending on your State)

  • Complete all course requirements before continuing on through the registration process. Ensure you have all certs ready to upload.

Once completed please upload a copy during the registration process, please note this can only be a single file, yes a picture will be sufficient.

You must be a member of Boxing Qld through an affiliated club to complete this course, if you are not a current member please click HERE and select NEW or RETURNING (if you were a member in 2023) member, then select 'club coach' < you will need to select the club you are coaching with, please ensure your club is affiliated in 2024 before attempting to register.

All participants must complete the Community Coaching Essential Skills Cert by registering and completing the online course HERE , on completion you will receive a certificate, please complete this before continuing with your registration, then upload your cert when you complete the registration form. (this can only be a single file)

All participants must also complete the the following courses,

  • Anti-Doping Fundamentals (only complete this if you have not completed it prior)
  • Anti-Doping Annual update (current year)
  • Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction

Please ensure you wear appropriate comfortable training gear, take gloves and pads to the course with you - this course is competency based and hands on, you must be able to be involved in the practical parts and to demonstrate technical aspects of the course


REGISTRATION MUST BE IN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE COURSE.

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE COURSE DOCUMENTATION WHICH MUST BE READ BEFORE ATTENDING AS THERE IS A WRITTEN EXAM AT THE END, BASED ON THIS INFORMATION.


LATE REGISTRATIONS NOT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
