Hinterland Boxing Club are hosting a Boxing Qld R&J seminar as well as competition Sparring day.
The event is free, all participants must be registered with Boxing Qld.
All boxers must nominate so we have an indication of numbers that will be in attendance and also assist in the comp sparring match ups.
All boxers must have a current medical and those 15yrs and older must complete a serology test.
