Weigh in & Dr 10am - 12pm

First bout 2pm - all bouts will be as per program and run to a time schedule, once the program is out it will not change.

We will attempt to group boxers where possible to allow for the tournament guidelines in regards to attendance.

Attendance is restricted to essential personnel only, if possible we recommend parents drop their child off at a time orgainsed with their coach and pick them up after they fight. The program will run to a time schedule to allow boxers time to arrive and warm up, it will also be split into 3 sessions again to allow those who have faught time to leave and those who are about to fight time to arrive and warm up. ESSENTIAL personnel refers to boxers, 2 coaches (3 if you have a big club), 1 parent ff absolutely necessary (not because they want to watch them fight). No other spectators should be in the venue, if a non essential person attemps to attend they will be refused entry and or asked to leave, so please save us the extra work and you the embarassment. Coaches this it is your resposibilty to ensure your club, athletes, parents, supporters are following BQ regulations during COVID 19 restrictions.

No late nominations will be accepted - if you do not get matched or your match up falls over and you don't get re matched before the cut off date you are not to attend.

We are still very much restricted to numbers at tournaments in stage 3 of C19 so our tournament guidelines must be followed by all.
