2021 Futures Program selection event

The Boxing Australia Futures program will be commencing on Saturday the 20th of March at the Eastside Boxing Gym - 208 Montague Rd West End. 9am-3pm
Junior 15/16yrs
Youth 17/18yrs
Elites 19-23yrs
This first Futures camp will be a selection camp for the 2021 Qld Futures Squad open to athletes -
Junior 15/16yrs Youth 17/18yrs Elites 19-23yrsAthletes attending must meet the selection criteria.
Selection Criteria -
Must have won - State, National or National Golden Gloves Titles.
No athlete on the Futures Program from 2020 will be carried forward into the 2021 program. Each athlete will need to show their commitment to the program and meet the required criteria to be re-selected.
In 2021 there will also be a focus on Emerging Elites 19-23 yrs.
The FuturesProgram will hold 8-10 State Futures camps per year as well as having National Pathway opportunities. The Qld Futures squad will consist of 20 of our States best performers.
The Futures Selection Camp will include 3 session including sparring, with the attendance of the National Futures Coach Jamie Pittman, Queensland Futures coach Mark Evans and a State selection panel.
