2022 Boxing Qld AGM

Boxing Qld are holding their AGM on the 11th November.

There are 4 positions up for nomination.

3 positions are in the 2yr rotation system, currently held by

Jay Toope

Stephen Pitt

Chris Evers

These positions are for 2yrs.

The remaining position is the vacant position and will be for a 1yr period or until the 2023 AGM is conducted, at which time this position will fall back into line with the 2yr rotation system.

• You must be a financial member to nominate.
• Financial memberships are now closed and will not be accepted until after the AGM (11th Nov)

The AGM will be conducted via ZOOM and will commence at 7:30pm sharp, login details for the meeting will be released at a later date.

• Proxy votes will be accepted as per the constitution

There will be no general business conducted at the AGM, all business must be on the agenda, if you have an item that you would like placed on the agenda you have until Friday the 21st Oct to advise the secretary via email only (secretary@boxingqueensland.com) of your agenda item, any other form of contact to have an item added to the agenda will be ignored. Any items submitted after the 21st will not be placed on the agenda.
