Additional Tournament Requirements

Tournament Fees & Ring Hire Fees remain the same. The Standard Open Weigh-In Tournament Fee of $400.00 is inclusive of R&J payments up to and including 25 bouts, after this additional amounts are to be paid by the club holding the tournament - please factor these costs into your budget in case your tournment goes over 25 bouts.
Additional R&J Payments:
26-30 Bouts – Additional $10pp
31-35 Bouts – Additional $20pp
36-40 Bouts – Additional $30pp
41-45 Bouts – Additional $40pp
46+ Bouts – Additional $50pp
Payment up to 10 persons only, a maximum additional payment of $500.00 (most tournaments have approximately 8 officials), any additional to this will be paid by Boxing Queensland. Additional payments to be made before the commencement of the competition
Officials Meals and Refreshments to be provided by the club holding the tournament
Field of Play: A minimum of 1.5m should be allocated for field of play – please have this area defined if possible – rope and bollards are ideal. A table to be provided for each judges position if possible.
Dressing Room: If no dressing room is available is there room to screen off part of your venue?
Toilets: Please ensure these are in working order and are stocked with enough paper etc
