AGM Meeting Reminder

Notice is hereby given the AGM will be held in Brisbane on Wednesday the 16th of May details as follow:

MEETING: Sports House Milton, Meeting Room 1, 150 Caxton Street, Milton

TIME: 7:00pm

The objects of the meeting are:

1. An election for the position of three (3) committee members as per clause 12.3 (c) of the Boxing Queensland Inc constitution.

Nominations for positions of the  committee have been received and are as follows:

Chris Evers

Allan Nicolson

Stephen Pitt

Paul Thompson

Luke Stegemann

Please note voting will be by preference ballot and restricted to Financial Members only in accordance with the rules of the Boxing Queensland constitution - please note this does require that you  are a current Financial Member and have been a Financial Member for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to vote.

Proxy votes are allowed and a proxy vote form is available for download on the Boxing Queensland website under the 'Forms' tab.
