Blue Card Application process

It is a requirement of Boxing Qld that all coaches must have their blue card (working with children) to corner at any and all tournaments sanctioned by BA associated MA's, the application is free through Boxing Qld.

Boxing Qld have 2 Blue Card Coordinators, Kylie Burford (Southern Qld) & Janelle O'Malley (Northern Qld) their contact details are on the forms, the application/renewal forms can be found on this site under the forms tab above. There are 2 pre filled options? one for the Northern Clubs & one for the Southern Clubs.

If you are applying through Boxing Qld you must do so through your appropriate coordinator with the appropriate supporting documents as stipulated on the forms, if this isn't done your form will be rejected.
