Boxing Qld Junior Coach Program

Boxing Qld have been working hard behind the scenes to introduce the first ever junior coach program in Boxing.

This program will see the participants complete the

• National Bronze Level coach accreditation
• The National R&J course

Also they will be required to attend and actively participate in local and state level development camps under instruction from our state level development coaches.

Sit ringside and shadow judge a set amount of bouts.

We are pleased to announce in conjunction with the junior coach program, Aaron Grealey has been appointed the Junior coach coordinator and Mentor.

Aaron will work closely with all development coaches and state futures coach Mark Evans.

There will be limited spots for this program as it is a pilot program.

All junior coach program participants will receive a passport book that needs to be filled in and signed of for every stage complete.

Junior coaches will be able to assist in the corners during competition as a 3rd only.

The first coaches course open to junior coaches will be on the 8/06, please see the calendar for further details, the events page will be updated very soon.

Once again this is a pilot program and spots will be limited. We will release further details on how to apply for the program very soon.
