COACHES TICKET RENEWALS
Published Wed 25 Jan 2023
Please see below information recently released by Boxing Australia.
There has been a change to the renewal process where you have up to 6 monthe to renew online after your qualification has expired without having to resit the physical course.
Previously once it was expired you had to resit the face to face course.
Dear Member Associations,
I’ve received several enquiries regarding coach accreditation in particular expiring coach’s accreditation.
The process to ensure your coaches are accredited are as follows:
- Check accreditation details on our website (https://www.boxing.org.au/accreditation-finder/) first name or last name only required. If they are in the system they should appear with either a red or green. Example below
- Pending their expiry date they will need to complete either one of the 2 processes:
- If it has not been expired for more than 6 moths they are able to proceed with the online course https://www.boxing.org.au/coaching/level-1-course/
- If it is more than 6 months they are required to complete the Level 1 Course face-to-face.
Please note the following:
- Our level 2 re-accreditation page is currently getting fixed and should be up by the end of the week.
- Unfortunately, the system at this point in time does not send out reminder emails to coaches when it is about to expiry, I’m currently working on this to ensure coaches are aware.
- I’m also working through a list of all accredited coaches that we have on file to send to each Member Association.
- There is a significant delay with coaches’ card, if they need to provide a copy of their accreditation please ask them to check the accreditation details and screenshot it (as above).
Remember all information is available on our website https://www.boxing.org.au/coaching/.
Lastly, thank you for your patience and understanding given we are down a staff member.
Regards,
Dinah
