FEMALE FUTURES CAMP

APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COACHES TO

15-21 YEAR OLD FEMALE FUTURES CAMP

Applications close Friday 18^th Nov, 5pm (AEST)

The Board of Boxing Australia Limited (BAL) is seeking applications for up to 4 fully funded positions of Assistant Coach at a 15-21yr old female futures camp at the AIS, Canberra from 1^st to 4^th Dec, 2016.

Applications must be submitted to BAL’s CEO at BAL’s office by Friday 18^th Nov at 5pm (AEST).

Applications from female coaches are particularly welcome (home coaches are also welcome to self-fund attendance at this camp).

SELECTION CRITERIA

1. Currently holds (i) a Level 1 Coaching Accreditation with Boxing Australia under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme and (ii) working with vulnerable people registration, or state/territory equivalent

2. Demonstrate the following personal and organisational skills:

Good communication with female athletes

3. Good coaching skills including

                Ability to follow direction of Head Coach

4. Professionalism

                Respectful use of social media

5. Suitability

                Advocate of and conformity to BAL promoted best practices

                Support of policies and direction of BAL
