Notice of AGM 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Boxing Queensland will be held on Monday 22^nd June 2020, details as follow:

MEETING: Zoom Meeting – Invitations to join the Zoom Meeting will be provided closer to the date.

TIME: 7:00pm

In accordance with the requirements of clause 10.4 (b) of the Constitution.

(i) Notices of any motions which such members might desire to move at that Annual General Meeting must be received by the Secretary of Boxing Queensland no later than the 25^th of May 2020.

(ii) Nominations from eligible member for election to the Committee at the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Secretary of Boxing Queensland no later than the 25^th of May 2020; and

(iii) any other items of business sought to be included on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Secretary of Boxing Queensland no later than the 25^th of May 2020.

There will be three vacancies up for election under the rotation of Boxing Queensland committee members provision with each position elected for a 2 year period.

Names of all nominees to the Committee of Boxing Queensland will be advised to all members on or before the Monday 1^st June 2020.
