26 May 2016 Queenslands Skye Nicolson boxed China's Wenlu Yang in the Semi-Finals of the 64kg division, Skye had beaten Croatia, India and Turkey on her way to the Semi-Finals and has done herself, her family, Queensland and Australia proud. Well done Skye.
Fellow Australian Kaye Scott from New South Wales also made it to the Semi - Finals boxing Turkey in the final taking home a win which puts her into the finals boxing for GOLD!!
Well done to both Skye and Kaye for making it to the medal rounds.
